- Fix: developer, ex_interp, m_side, m_yaw, cl_weather are not blocked anymore.
- Fix: cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate and rate are not blocked anymore. Default values for those settings are: cl_updaterate 101, cl_cmdrate 101, rate 25000.
- Fix: fastsprites has the default setting 0 not 2.
- Fix: cl_sidespeed, cl_forwardspeed, cl_backspeed were always set to 999.
